Ideation: There are millions of people who have great ideas. Understanding some of the elements that can transform a great idea into a business venture are critical to planning & success.

Planning: Great ideas need to be complimented by effective planning and implementation. Individuals should know the functions of management and support areas needed for success. (Planning and forecasting financials)

Pitching: In order to yield success for your entrepreneurial venture you will have to pitch to others or in some cases let future customers decide before you invest too much in a questionable venture.
